Dose Management GUI

Dose Management GUI is intended to provide users with an easy interface to modify the dose data. The thumbnails for available doses are displayed in the right panel. User can click on any of the thumbs to further edit its data. Following are the items which can be edited:

  • Dose name: This corresponds to 'planC{indexS.dose}(doseNum).fractionGroupID'
  • Dose Units: This corresponds to 'planC{indexS.dose}(doseNum).doseUnits'
  • The values in 3D dose matrix can be scaled by specified factor. Input the scale factor and hit return.
  • 3D Dose matrix can be compressed or stored on disk. This is useful in memory management with large number of dose distributions.
