Scan manipulation - Append Scan

The purpose of this tool is to append one scan to another. These scans can be defined on different grids and have rigid transofrmations associated with them. The workflow follows:

• Select scans to be appended. Only two scans are permitted.
• Select 'Prefer Images From' from the selection list. Images from the preferred scan are used in case of overlap.
• Select weights for the scans. This can be useful to rescale images.
• Hit the 'Sum' button.
